While not part of the European Union, Turkey is a member of the European Customs Union since January 1996. As a result, most Turkish exports to European countries are exempt from customs duties.
Therefore, finished goods originating from Turkey, fully-assembled, semi-assembled bicycles, as well as, bikes assembled from imported parts can be imported from Turkey to Europe without paying customs duties. This process insures the merchandise can legally be labeled “Made-In-Europe”, and adds value to the bikes sold in Europe.

All necessary parts, delivered locally or from China and Taiwan, gets assembled by experienced and specialized labor under strict quality controls. Once it is decided by our clients, how many bikes are to be produced where they are to be exported; the relevant taxes can be calculated along with build costs based on spec sheets, including factors such as logistics.
We can then put together a business plan with detailed cost savings for our respective clients if they were to employ our services. Bikes destined for Europe are subject to Inward Processing Relief (IPR), a procedure set by EU regulations.
